Judging students become familiar with standards for egg grading as established by the National FFA Poultry Judging Contest and the USDA as they master the material in the program.

Viewers learn how to candle eggs for interior egg grading, visually inspect eggs for exterior egg grading and successfully grade cartoned eggs.
