Fifth Editioin w/ CD-ROM by Quang Tho Pham et al
The fifth edition of this outstanding reference work contains a much expanded range of NMR spectra, and includes a full CD-ROM version!
The material included in this work provides information on polymer microstructure or fine structure, which results from normal and abnormal addition modes, arising from secondary reactions, as well as tacticity or stereochemical arrangement of monomer units in the main chain of the skeleton.
Covering 1H and 13C NMR spectra of soluble (1H and 13C) and swollen gelled (13C) synthetic polymers, appropriate NMR analytical conditions are specified and all resonances, often obtained at different frequencies, are interpreted, together with details concerning the homopolymer (tacticity, molecular weight, chain lengths, etc) or copolymer (composition, distribution of comonomer units, etc) skeletons.
The polymer spectra are grouped by families for ease of reference.
