  • dissect the digestive track from a 1,000-pound steer, show and explain organ structures, contents, tissue textures, functions and capacities

The DVD also shows:

  • a cannula placed in a live steer to examine stomach contents while the steer is digesting
  • laproscopic footage filmed from inside the digestive tract
